    We have a year lease and it is not up till April but now the landlord is in foreclosure can we move . We where going to move any way because of plumming problems can we do it with out breaking the lease ?

    First thing you should find out is whether the mortgagor (the bank or other entity doing the foreclosure) is going to insist that you get out before the April end of the lease. If not, your landlord (mortgagee) has not breached, and you are not entitled to an early termination of your contractual obligations.

    For the sake of discussion, lets say there was no foreclosure, what plumbing problem do you have that makes you think you can/should leave?
