My wife and I are at our wits end we have a 19 year old with a 3 year old son who is constantly admonishing both my wife and I and will not follow our rules i.e. clean your room pick up behind yourself etc.
My wife and I have taken care of her son, baths transport to daycare and purchased food and clothing and paid all lawyers fees to date and still receive no respect.
It is at the point that I am going to tell my daughter and her son to leave.
We are worried about the baby.

You have a tough decision to make - if your daughter is a danger to the child, then you have to take steps to take custody.

Unfortunately, you cannot demand respect and I suspect your daughter didn't simply become a problem at age 19, that she has been a problem through the years.

Have you talked to an Attorney? Why did you need to retain an Attorney for her before?
