I dyed my hair with a non-permanent dye that was 'Dark Blonde'. My hair is naturally blonde but had a blonde permanent dye on it already. It turned brown and I am gutted! It's starting to fade and now it's a strange colour; a mixture between blonde, brown and ginger and I look washed out. I just want to go back to blonde! I have bought some Head & Shoulders shampoo and conditioner as I've been told that it will fade the colour but I'm so depressed I just want to go back to blonde. Help please!

There are many threads here talking about this subject. I suggest you read some of them. Basically, Head & Shoulders will help fade the color, as will dishwashing liquid and even Tide (without bleach, of course).

It can take a couple of weeks for color to fade, and sometimes it won't fade. In that case, something like ColorFix or Color Oops can be used to remove some or all of the artificial pigment. You have to re-dye your hair afrer using those products.
