    Ny probation violation
    If I'm on felony and misderminor probation and my p.o put a violation in just for the arrest but my case was knocked down to a violation can I be sent to jail

    Yes. You can go to jail. You had another conviction for a criminal offense.

    Yes, you can go for the entire probation time if they want to, depends on original crimes and what the violation was.
