Will dielectric connections increase water pressure
Will a dielectric connection between galvanized and copper piping increase hot water pressure?

    KISS

    No. Dielectric fitting reduce/eliminate corrosion.

Every fitting no matter what decreases wter pressure. Water passing through a pipe reduces water pressure. It's called fricional losses. You design a system such that these are a negligible component.
