The movie I'm looking for was probably made in the early 90s, and was not very popular. All I can remember is that the movie begins with a wind up toy walking across the family couch. Then I remember a little girl drinking her milk at the table, with her older brother telling her to stop blowing bubbles. Then the parents left the children with a babysitter. Later, the little girl and her brother go into the television into another world. The TV world is fun and colorful, and there's some kind of goofy bad guy trying to get them.
Unfortunately that is all I can remember. The movie was really generic, but it reminds me of my childhood. So I really hope someone knows the name of it. Thanks
