I have a natrual bloonde tint a home that looks red in the bottle, will that be OK to use.

If it's "clear" (not cloudy) and doesn't have any sediment that's settled to the bottom of the bottle (there shouldn't be any sediment at all), it's OK to use. You'll have to mix it with developer before use.
