I accidentally breathed in a hard boiled sweet. It was really painful for quite some time afterwards. Do you think that it could dissolve on its own, or should I have it seen to?

If it's basically a sugar candy, it will definitely dissolve and will be absorbed in the body.

It may have scratched (or cut) your innards, but it should heal soon. If it doesn't, you should see a doctor.
