This rash has been on my pennis for over 15yrs.
Its non itchy and I have been to the hospitals and some freaking
Doctors says it will fade off no probs and till now the
Freaking rashes are still there embarrassing me before or during sexual intercourse.
Is there any dermatological advise?

I would see a Dermatologist. Why, if this has persisted for 15 years, are you just asking for help now?

I'm very surprised anyone is willing to have sex with you when there are so many sexually-transmitted diseases floating around and you have a visible rash.
