Does Georgia have an age-gap provision for dating if the girl is 16 and the boy is 22?

No they use a straight age of consent at at 18. There have been one case that went to the Supreme court of Georgia ( not US yet) where a teacher had sex with a 17 year old and the court let the teacher off)

Another case in Ga is trying to use that case to get charges of another man dismissed right now

But currently even at 17 they can and will still arrest the older person

**now this is for having sex, not dating,

But realisticly a 6 year age gap is not even within states that have age gap rules ( they are normally 2 and 4 years)

The only law on age gap is if they charge him with a misdeamor or felony but at this age, he would be considered a phediphile ( whidh I also consider him)
