My husband and I have been married for almost four years. In that span of time, whenever we make love he always has his eyes shut. Does that mean he's imagining something else other than me?

No it means that that may be the way he was "told" or "learned" to have sex, perhaps with some early partners he did, and of course I expect most men imagine someone else from time to time also.

Doesn't matter why his eyes are closed, if during sex your wondering about what he is thinking about. Why are your eyes open?

It should mean he's concentrating on pleasuring you. Obviously he isn't succeeding.

I close my eyes all the time. When I'm listening to music, hiking- smelling the great outdoors.

It probably means that he's enjoying you very much, and consentrating on only you, and what you are doing, and tuning out all external distractions.

Now if he were closing his eyes while having sex with his girlfriend, then you have something to worry about.

Well, OP can always ask HIM why his eyes are closed. Presumably he knows...

It could be that he is "thinking of baseball". If you don't already know this, some guys try to think of something else while they are having sex, to keep from "finishing" so fast. He might be just doing that, which is a GOOD thing. It means that you are still exciting to him, and he is enjoying it so much.

Either ask him(can of worms), or think that he is thinking of baseball, and that you are a sex goddess.

What's it going to be?

If you've been together at least that long you should simply be able to just ask him why he closes his eyes... ;)
