Aqua Flow V60 Water Pressure Tank
I have water coming out my air valve which generally indicates the bladder is shot correct? However, it appears the tank is not completely full of water as when I tap up the side of it it's clear that the water is not fully up the tank. Obviously I can't get the hose on to see exacty what the pressure is in the tank... I'm pretty sure it isn't 2lbs below the cut in point as I had tried to increase my pressure cut in/out points and also increase my water tank pressure accordingly. Is my tank shot? Do I need a new one? Things otherwise seem to be working okay... when I engage a tap I get a quick drop in pressure which engages pump and it stays steady from there. Thanks much.

If the tank is full of water, as it certainly appears to be, the pump should be short cycling, meaning it will turn off/on every few seconds. You can also watch the pressure gauge and notice the pressure going up/down rapidly when water is being used. For the short term, you can turn off the system, completely drain the tank by opening a low level faucet, then use an air tank to put a few pounds of pressure into the tank. Turn it back on, and you should be good for several weeks.
