Our newly remodeled home has hot water coming from the sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen, but NO hot water comes out of the master bathtub faucet or the shower down stairs the water is a very light luke warm - what would cause this problem?:mad:

Have the water pipes been replaced? The water heater? What's the brand name of the faucets in question. May I suggest the next time you have a plumbing question that you post it on the plumbing page. It will get answered a lot sooner. Regards, Tom

Reason, there are anti-scold devices in the handles that need to be set to give you the desired temp setting you would like for your hot water.
