Dying without a will in Illinois
This is my second marriage and we have no children, but I have one from my first marriage. What happen if I die without a will? My husband and I own everything together. He has his parents and five sibblings. How can I make sure that my son get half of what we my husband and I own?

I talk about making a will but my husband does not know what he wants. Can I make a will without my husband?

You make a will, YOUR son has no claim at all to the step fathers estate.

You can make a will without your husband making a will, you need to show what happens if you die, even with options of what happens if he would die first.
