Laws on leaving state with your child when you don't have full custody of them
I have a friend who has recently lost sole custody of her children to there father and he is abusing them the court won't listen to her plees and she has documatation from the doctors office and emergancy room with abuse. She has parcial custody of them everyother weekend she would like to leave New York with them and come to Florida to get her children out of that environment what consequences would she have if she did so.

Could be up for parental kidnapping and prison time. If there is true abuse and doctors etc have seen it then they are obligated to report it by law.
