Can air be stored at 210 bar in 50 litre capacity cylinders
Air is being used for air staring engines in our engine test rig. To ensure frequent air starts we propose to use air booster and store ait in cylinders of 50 liter capacity and use when needed. Is is safe and advisable to store air at 210 bar in large capacity cylinders of 50 litres each (the normal CCOE certicied cylinders used for nitroger gas storage)
