How to engage wheels on snowblower
Craftsman Snowblower 2 Stage. Auger works fine. Appears RIGHT wheel is the drive wheel. The LEFT wheel appears to only free wheel and also has a pin/bolt with aring on the end placed through the axle. Is there another position for the LEFT pin to be place to engage BOTH wheels as drive wheels?

    Hi,
Yes there ought to be a hole in the wheel where the ring/pin go to lock the wheel to the axle. If there is not, try lifting that side and checking the other side of the wheel. It may be on backwards. It is common to do that on both sides, by the way, lock wheels to axle with pins that can be removed, the wheels slipped inward and the pins reinserted to keep the wheels on the axle but not locked. That allows free-wheeling on both sides.
    Peace,
    Clarke
