As a child I saw this movie and only saw one part of it because it scared me and I could no longer watch it. I think it took place in the 50's or 60's. I also believe I might have seen it on the family channel (channel 51 cable) , as for I did come across this movie a few times within the same month and back in the day they would repeat the same movie a few times in the same month
The scene that I did see which I believe was near the beginning of the movie. Was that an old man was walking down a street in the winter. Everything was snowy and icy. The man looks down where a bunch of ice had frozen over an object which was a girl or woman. Her face was really creepy looking which you could see through the ice and then I think she might have come to life or moved or her ghost had appeared either way she did something because he man screamed and ran away
