What are my rights as a stepfather with a Teen who tries to provoke me to hit him? He into drugs, stealing etc..

Where is the mother in this?

If he is doing those things in your home or stealing from you then its time to get the police involved. What rights were you looking for ? The only rights you have are those the mother gives you. What is it your wanting to do ?
