I watched a movie series with a puppet in the early 90s. The puppet reminds me of a blond actor who stars as a villain in the movie "shakedown". The actor has long face, blond hair, narrow eyes.

Alf, or Alfie? I believe he is who you are speaking of. I remember he used to wear like this red blazier and in one episode he wore a hawaiin style shirt. Lol hope I helped, if not thanks for the memories anyway.

That's what I thought of too. I remember watching that show. Although it was more the mid-to-late 80's than the 90's.
