Wow, you gave us a whole minute before bumping your post.

The people on this site are volunteers, a little patience please.

And learn to write proper english. I can't make head or tail of the second sentence, if that is one.

You have to work for that, exercises like jogging, walking, dancing, biking swimming, etc help in burning excess calories and fats. Perform these some 3 or four times a week during an hour or so.

Together with that, add some healthy balanced diet, and that should do the trick.

What, exactly, is your question? Are you trying to lose weight in a certain area, or trying to make the bones smaller? Or maybe it's something else entirely. I'm really not sure. You're writing is almost impossible to understand.

How do I reduce my hips.

My hips are wide. My breath is wider?

Ya, still not making any sense.

Maybe it's, 'my hips are wide, but the breadth is wider.'

If that's the case though, then the OP is seriously confused. Width and breadth are the same thing.

Maybe it's "my hips are wide because I eat bread". Hmmm. ;)

I wish they'd come back and clear up the confusion.

Or maybe "My hips are wide. But the breadth is too wide"

If their breath is a problem perhaps brushing their teeth might help... and use a mouthwash. See a dentist...

If you are a naturally wide hipped woman there isn't a lot you can do. Even if you slim down the hips will be what they are.

Ever see Smantha Brown on The Travel Channel
YouTube - Samantha Brown in String Bikini on the beach

Not a beefy woman but she does have hips besides not being at all fat.

    (I do think she's a hottie)

You have to be realistic about what can and can't be achieved.
