PE-AL-PE pipes are a far superior product than CPVC pipes due to the following reasons: 1. The pipe is flexible thus need very less Joints 2. Pipes are available in Black with Carbon Black as UV Stabilizer hence can be exposed to Sunlight also 3. The Contraction and Expansion of the pipe due to varying atmosphere or media flowing in the pipeline is far less in PE-AL-PE pipe than CPVC 4. PE and Aluminum both material used in PE-AL-PE pipe are considered as a better green product for the building than CPVC which emits more Toxic at all levels such as manufacturing of Raw Material to disposal of waste pipe 5. No external material such as solvent cement is used in joining for PE-AL-PE pipes which is used in CPVC 6. Solvent Cement inhalation is harmful to health as health Hazard to the plumbers during installation 7. Identifying proper grade of solvent cement is normally not possible for the end user of the product 8. At later stage identifying of a buried pipe lines are possible in case of PE-AL-PE pipe line with a metal detector which is not possible at all with CPVC pipes 9. Less noise level in multilayer building complexes due to better flexural character of PE than CPVC 10. Can With stand extreme cold condition such as up to -45 Deg C where as CPVC cannot with stand even 0 DEG C at freezing condition 11. Can be used for many Chemical, Gaseous Fluids and Pneumatic applications. Can even add more but these basic reasons PE-AL-PE are better product long lasting health and environment friendly.
