My son is loving here but is very abusive he has hurt me before he does not pay rent or work the only reason I let him stay here is because he was in jail and reahab I tried to help but I am now again scared he may hurt me he is also on probasion ?do I have to pay to file and how long before he would have to leave I am scared he will hurt me he is very abusive with his mouth my husband has also left me I am alone and scared please help

Talk to his Probation Officer. You may need to get a restraining order against him.

If you have to evict him, you will need to give him a 30 day notice to vacate. If he doesn't leave, then you will have to go to court for an eviction order.

But I think talking to his PO may be the best course of action.
