New Hampshire law on eviction of a pregnant tenant
In New Hampshire can a land lord lockout a pregnant transient guest for non payment of rent?

    Hello s:

In order to help, we need more information than that.. I don't know what "transient guest" is... Is it a tenant? Probably so, because guests don't pay rent.. But, these distinctions ARE important. Tell us everything and we can help.

First if you allowed someone to stay, they soon become a resident.
And no you really can't "lock out" almost anyone that has been allowed to live at that residence.

    But to help ?

How long have their lived there.

What was the original rental or rules they were suppose to follow to live there
