Today I accidentally dropped my iPod nano (5th generation) on the floor and after that it won't turn on and it doesn't respond to itunes. I also tried pressing the middle button and menu but that did'nt work either. What do I doo =[

Have you tried connecting it to a wall power adapter to charge it? If it doesn't charge then you have an issue.

My best guess would be that something broke loose inside. If you have an accidental warranty on it, you could send it in to be fixed. Otherwise fixing it is going to require opening it up and some electrical knowledge. In which case you might be better off purchasing a new one.
