Old 80's or 90's Alien movie
So I don't remember too much
But this is actaully 2 movies I'm asking about
The first is about some soldiers that are sent to an island and are told that they are there to detonate and life ammunition they have found due to the island was a warzone or something, and they star getting picked off and killed be this alien (I remember short yellowish with weird tongue thingy maybe). And I think when there are 2 or 3 of them left they find a bunker with videos inside and stuff and it shows the aliens commign to earth, and then being captured, and doing an autopsy on the female alien and take out its baby, while the male alien is in a cage in the corner of the room and the breaks out and kills everyone.
The second movie I don't remember as much about it, but a woman has been getting abducted by aliens for her whole life (I think) and they start abducting her daughter and impregnate her, near the end of the movie the mom and daughter are both aboard the spaceship and the daughter give birth to a half alien/human baby, and the moms freaking our saying there's something wrong with it cause its not crying, and then it starts crying, and the aliens leave with the baby
Help! I've been trying to remember the names of these for years!
I think they were on the sci fi channel
