    What do you mean by "mediation agreement"? I'm assuming is that you went to court due to non-payment of rent, you reached an agreement stating that you would repay what you owe at a set amount every month, and that your landlord has now given you a 45-day notice to vacate even though the time frame established in court has not expired... is that correct? If so, have you defaulted on the agreement?

    We need more information in order to give you the most accurate answer. Also, what state is this in?
