    Whirlpool washer keeps on rinsing
I bought a new whirpool washer, model 3SLSR6233MQ, and we installed it according to the instructions. When I use the delicate/knits cycle, it washes and when it gets to the rinse cycle, it's stuck there. It just keeps on rinsing and never fills up again, until I move the knob manually. What I want to know is, how long is it supposed to rins? The longest I've left it is half an hour, and then I moved the knob by hand.

So you said you moved to knob? Im assuming this means you didn't get one of those electronic control appliances, and that you have a plain timer controlling the machine.

If that's the case it sounds like the timer itself may be faulty. However, seeing as how it is under warranty, I would file a warranty claim and let them worry about it.

I don't use the delicates cycle, but 30 minutes for a rinse seems a bit long.
