How long until a couples first kiss?
My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost two months. We haven't kissed yet and I don't know if I should worry, or what. I am too nervous to initiate it because its my first kiss and its going to be his too.I really do like him. I'm just very nervous. Please advice. We're both in college.

    Hello M,

Your question is, how long until couples first kiss?

Well, there is no real correct answer for that, other then when the two of you feel it's right.

Some people kiss on the first date, others, maybe a week. It's all when you guys feel ready.

The fact that both of you have not kissed or been kissed before could be beneficial. Sure you're both nervous, however, it will be nice to teach each other without that fear of, "omg, what will he think of me!?!"

When it does happen, just close your eyes and go with it...

    I wish you luck.

    Hello M,

I understand. That is the most important thing, is making sure you guys are comfortable. He may very well be thinking the same about you.

Have you told him that you want to kiss him?

No I have not told him.. it's a weird conversational piece. I'm thinking of since its Christmas maybe some mistletoe will be a helping hand.

    Hello again M,

Haha I understand... That's a good idea on how to steal a kiss. Go with that.

    Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. Its highly appreciated. I feel pathetic for being in college and having to ask these questions

Don't feel pathetic. It's kind of cute.

If you're really worried about taking him out of his comfort zone, look at it a little differently. Just stretch his comfort zone a bit. Very likely, he's just as unsure and nervous as you. He's probably just as worried about initiating the kiss, but wants it just as much as you do.

If this relationship is going to move forward, then you should feel comfortable enough to bring up any topic without feeling awkward about it. You should definitely bring it up with him.

Or... you can initiate the kiss yourself.

I got my kiss.:] He came to my house this morning before I had to go to work, and we both hate our job with a passion, said" I think I know what may cheer you up before you go to work" told me to close my eyes and hold out my hands and then kissed me. Best day ever:]

Good for you. I think it's nice that you both are each other's "first kiss".

It's funny how things work out.

    Go enjoy yourself!
