What are my chances of getting custody granted to me by child services if has taken my two younger siblings, who are 9 and 11, and I am an Army Wife?

We'd need more details. We don't know why they were taken, by who, and/or if you were told to take any steps to get them back. Even then, we can only offer educated guesses.

Being an army wife could work against you because you have to go where they say. What kind of relationship do you have with your siblings ? What happened with the parents ?

They were taken by child services because my second youngest sister reported my dad. She is 18 so they let her go where she wanted( she is still in school ) They are going to court this Thursday, but I am the closest blood relative that hasn't been proven unfit. The only other person is our cousin who my brother and sister don't know that well. I use to be the main person caring for them, my dad worked 3rd shift so I had to play mommy till I moved out. I wouldn't say that I'm extremely close, but when I visit they are always glued to my side the whole time. As for the military, I will be here at least until 2012 and if they do decided to move my husband he'll be there perminatly( it has to do with his months )
