I have not seen my 2 children for 9 months due to allegation made by my children that I hit them.police arressted me and put me on bail for 4 months and after all investigation was done police took no further action. My 2 children live with my sons dad but my daughter is not his. He as got interim order and is applyiing for residence order,will he get it or will I get my kids back home with me?I never hurt my children and I do believe my sons dad as put things into my kids head cause after reading the social services report my kids are saying they don't want to come back to me and happy living with my ex.

Where is the other father, if he is not the bio father of the one child, he should have no rights whatso ever to that child.

First, please pay more attention to posting guidelines. There is a Read First sticky at the top of the Children forum (where this was moved from) which directs questions of a legal nature here.

The police taking no further action is not a sign that you were deemed innocent. As soon as the charges were dropped you should have been at Social services asking for your children back. Have you talked with them?

I have a residence/contact order in place,but because it as been 9 months with no contact at all,my solicter advised just go for contact to start with.my daughter's bio dad as never wanted to know her and she is 7 years old.
