Wipers will not turn off--washer fluid motor running continually--took power connector off washer motor yet wipers are still running--Please help!!

It's very likely the Wiper relay contacts have stuck together and are holding power on. Pull that relay and if that stops the wipers, replace the relay with a new one. If that doesn't stop the wipers and washers from running continuously, the short may be in either the timer module or the switch.
Either of those scenarios would require hands-on diagnosis.
