I invested in a company that went bankrupt a little while bank and has recently emerged from bankruptcy. Do my shares transfer over to the reorganized company or do I pretty much lose what I had invested?

Hello lost:
Your shares SHOULD transfer over, but they may be worthless anyway. It depends on lots of things...
A phone call to the corporate secretary's office should get an answer to your question, though.

Thanks for your response. I was just wondering because the shares of the reorganized company are trading at about 20x what I paid for them, however I didn't see this reflected in my brokerage account. I figured they weren't going to be worth that, but I wanted to ask anyway. I'll look into it a little more, thanks.
