Negative thinking as the 'norm' will affect everything you do. If you are miserable, you may eat more, or not eat enough. You won't sleep well, and that will lead to other possibilities physically.

If you cannot resolve the issues that are causing such negativity to a point where it consistently affects your day to day life, then you need to see a Doctor.
