How do I relinquish the boyfriend rights if I cant find him?
I am in Texas and I want to find out how would I go about relinquishing my daughters biological fathers rights he has not seen her, talked to her, or tried to contact her he knows where I live and he knows where all my family lives. How would I go about accomplishing this?

    You don't.

ONLY a court can relinquish parental rights.

If he doesn't see her, talk to her, or try to contact her--what rights are you trying to get rid of?

What do you hope to accomplish with this?

When you opened this forum to ask your question did you bother to look at the other posts, especially this one: Signing Over rights-** READ FIRST **? Had you done so you would have had your answer. Those Read first posts are there for a reason. Please pay attention to them.

As Synnen said, only a court can terminate parental rights and they will do so only in rare circumstances. What do you think terminating his rights will accomplish for you?
