I remembered a clip I once saw a long time ago, and I can't remember where I saw it ot where it's from, and I would appreciate the help!
I remember there's an ocestra playing, and the camera focus on the drum player and he seems deppressed and bored... and perhaps he falls asleep every once in a while.
I think it's in black and white (but blur memories tend to be in black and white usually so I'm not sure... :))

I think what you're talking about is an old Hitchcock film---Maybe The 39 steps, or The Man Who Knew Too Much (the original version).

I'm pretty sure it's not an Hitchcock film... but thanks anyway.
I believe it's more recent and perhaps foreign (something I remembered just now) might be French :\ not sure..
