    Matag Neptune washer stops...
    Help, my matag Neptune Washer
    Model # mah3000aww
    Serial #18138894sz

Washer is stopping, and not completing a cycle, it also appears that it no longer spins the clothes, it is pumping the water out.
I've taken the front off, and am trying to decide if the motor is bad or the motor control board is bad? The control board appears to be OK, nothing burned on it? How can I check the motor?
Am I on the right track? Or are there simpler things to check?

I see lots of problems on documented on many websites, but have not found this problem listed yet?
    Still looking.

Sorry my mail has been out for awhile and I have not checked back to this site.
I did finally fix my washer - cost about $230.00 but works good. I found the motor control board in the bottom of the washer had burned out parts - they only sell the control board with a new motor - so I replaced both.
Did the work myself so saved the 2 or more calls by a repair man.
I may have a few pictures. E-mail me and I'll send them if it will help you.

    Good luck...
