    Crying after sex
The weirdest thing happened the other day. After having sex with my boyfriend, I burst into tears and wouldn't stop sobbing for 5 minutes. They were not sad tears but I cannot explain what it was. My boyfriend freaked out a little at the beginning, but then he was really sweet. He must think I'm a bit of a weirdo though. And although the sex was VERY good, I didn't orgasm from penetration... so it can't be a reaction from that. Is this normal?

Its OK, sometimes the emotion takes over...

The intimacy, the feeling of security and safety, the rush of hormones,it can all add up to a few tears...

    Don't worry about it.

Most guys should be somewhat gratified at this intensity of response, although tears from one's partner cause concern. It's almost as good as making you blind.
