Can I put a personal lawsuit judgement against someone on diability
I was involved in an accident, now I'm being sued, in civil court. I'm on disability, can I lose my disability? The lawsuit is for 250,000.

Your Disability income is exempt from garnishment from a personal liability suit. However other assets you may have are fair game. If you have no other assets, I'm wondering why bother suing you.

Your SSD income cannot be touched. Your assets such as a car, real estate, insurance policies, household contents, etc. can be attached and sold to raise cash if there is a judgment entered against you.

Also if this is the result of a MV accident you can lose your drivers license until the Judgment is paid in full.
