Ugh, the same thing happened to me and my honda, the only advice I have is to search online for how to unlock your specific audi radio code and they give you a bunch of steps on how to do yourself but it might involve taking out the radio if you can. I ended up finding my code in one of the books that came with the car.

The code on my car has been lost. Won't work
