    If you right-click on the image and then left-click on the properties, the name of the person might show up in the properties.

    What kind of site is that, and why are you wanting to know the name of the person, please?

    Also if you just hold the mouse over the image, the ALT text may help you.

    There is a addon for Firefox called "Tin Eye Reverse Image Search." It will search the entire web for pictures that are exactly like the one you selected.

    That may help you.
