Service revenue is revenue for services rendered. An example is an Accounting firm that performs services for another company.

Interest revenue is revenue earned on an investment or a loan. An example is a car company sells a car and you have to sign a note for a loan. You have to pay interest for borrowing the money so the loan is generating interest revenue for the company.

Accounts Receivable is an account for which customers owe you money for services rendered or something being sold. For an example if you perform a service to a customer and the customer has not paid you yet then the customer owes you money. The amount the customer owes you is recoreded in Accounts Receivable.
