I had a house in Colorado which got forclosed by HOA, now the HOA is asking the tenant to deliver immediate possession of the huse. The HOA has not filed for eviction yet. But they will. She has been living in the property for 3 years, what is the time frame she has after the HOA files for eviction?

Under Federal law, a tenant in a foreclosed property has to be given 90 days notice to vacate.

The HOA can "ask" her to vacate sooner, but she has to be given at least 90 days.
