I have done a lots of things bt my face is still full of pimples
Its going on from last2 yrs
Evrytime they go n appears again on my face leaving black spots etc
Please tell me what to do ?

Hi I'm really sorry your skin's giving you problems. Have you tried using a scrub regularly? That get's the grease and dirt out of your pores so spots can't start. Also, have you tried speaking to your doctor? If your spots are acne, you can get really effective treatment for it. Hope it clears up soon!

Use this along with a gentle face wash such as H2O Plus AntiAcne Clarifying Face, Neutrogena, natural dudu osun black soap.

Include a sun block high in spf (neutrogena helioplex w/ spf 55+) as the skin will become sensitive from exfoliation. A good face moisturizer will help skin dryness (aveeno, neutrogena, olay).
