    I can't offer medical advice, but if that happened to me, I'd have to see an Dr. that specializes in Internal Medicine. Maybe you have a virus.

    Another possibility is too much yeast and gluten in your system. Those are all possible causes of fatigue and stomach problems. Maybe take yourself off that for a week to see if there is a difference.

    We can guess, is that what you want? There are so many things this could be, and even if we do guess right (which is unlikely) we still wouldn't be able to offer medication or anything else.

    You need to see a doctor. Anyone that claims to be able to diagnose you over the internet is lying. Don't waste your time on that, go to a professional.

    Good luck.

    There is not really much I can add to the other posts,only are you still trying to conceive?

    If you are,just check with your doctor the pain medication your taking is safe.

    This might put some light on this post;

    https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/pregna...nt-421207.html

    Are you hoping that you're pregnant? Is that what you want us to tell you?

    The fact is, if you just menstruated 2.5 weeks ago, even if you are pregnant it would be too soon to feel all of these symptoms.

    It's really best to go to the doctor.
