Nothing comes out of my faucet
I am getting no water from my faucet or sprayer. It has been blowing freezing a couple of days now and I am guessing somewhere the lines are frozen
All my other sinks work. I know very little about plumbing so please explain your answers well

Wow that should have been below freezing

So no hot and no cold at all, not even a drop. How cold is your outside temp? While we talk about this you might want to close your incoming main supply and open some taps to release the pressure in all the pipes. Come back when you are done.

It is currently 10 degrees outside
Where would I find the main water shut off?

Where the water line enters the home, front wall of basement if you have one. Do you know where your water meter is located, should be close to that

    Ok I found it
I turned it off and then ran hot and cold water and get no water from either of the sinks upstairs

That's Ok for now, we just want to stop new water from entering the house a drain some of the water under pressure already inside. If you have a frozen pipe and it cracked we'd get a leak when we thaw the pipe. Is the kitchen sink and is it on an outside wall? Bet it is.

Ok so can I close the valves since there is no water coming out?
It is the kitchen sink and yes it is on an outside wall

Ever been this cold before where you are, did the pipes freeze then? While we are doing all this posting leave the cabinet doors open and place a fan or heater blowing intothe cabinet. Come back and answer the questions after you place the heater or fan

I am sure it has been but this has never happened the three years I have lived here
    Put heater under sink
The cabinet doors have been open all day
All sinks upstairs are calling for hot and cold water

Before you go to bed tonight open the kitchen faucets and turn your main back on. If you get a good water flow it was a frozen pipe. Check for leaks because frozen pipes can crack. Allow the faucet to dribble all night to prevent refreezing. Plan to open the back wall of the cabinet so you can get better insulation in there or at least a pipe heat tape.

I am going to let my home warranty people figure it out
That is what I have it for thanks for all your help
I am guessing the pipe is frozen in my garage and there is no way I can heat that even my basement (right next to my garage is pretty cold)
