For all those who didn't vote
Sorry for the late comment, Ive been rather busy last week.
I however wasn't to busy to get out and vote.
Although I don't make practice of broadcasting who I voted for, I will say I was pleased with the outcome.
I wanted to come here and lecture to the non voters. My wife didn't vote, and she has already gotten it from me.
It was shaping up to be a very close race. The dems won't the house on a land slide. However the senate was up for debate. With two states that you never hear about on the news becoming the deciding factor, Montana and Virginia. I stayed up until almost 2AM on election night watching the outcome.
With only 9,000 votes difference between Allen and Webb, I am impressed with how well Allen handled it, as well as the state of Virginia, I am glad, and proud that we didn't have another Florida on our hands.
9,000 people, the population of a small town or city. If only 50-100 people from each county got out and voted, then the outcome could have been completley different.
What a facinating election. I won't hear any complaints from those non voters.
