This came through on Yahoo messenger and I cannot clean it. I run avg (free) and spybot. It also on startup has a trojan horse backdoor generic 120pq C:\msrpc01.exe

That's what I've fount about your url. I believe it is used for updating avg. I'm not completely sure, but that may hold the bin files and/or lists of where update files are stored.
