The router comes with great instructions for the first time user. Make sure that the wireless feature is enabled on your laptop. Is there anything specific that is causing you concern?
How do I make sure the wireless feature is enabled on my laptop? Guess that's really my question.
The wireless switch is on the left hand side: http://support.euro.dell.com/support...G/PDF/book.pdf
Here's some more info. My laptop can connect to the wireless router I have at home. This is a new wireless connection for me, but it will not connect. I am able to connect to this new wireless network with my iPod Touch and iPhone.
Wireless switch is (and was already) ON.
Error message I receive says "Wireless association failed due to an unknown reason" -- not a very helpful message.
