I own a Toro Lawnmower Mdl#20016, I tried starting the mower after 30 days being stored with no luck. I had a tune up doen 2 months ago which worked perfectly however, the mower is giving me a hardtime. It starts but after 10 sec it shutsoff. Any suggestions??

Pretty obvious that it is fuel-related, and I would guess the inlet seat above the float.
